How long does it take to receive my package?
The delivery of your package takes 2 to 10 working days depending on the destination.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide, but are experiencing difficulties shipping to Ukraine, Russia and Belarus due to the geopolitical situation. Please contact us on communication@avr.be for any shipments to these countries.
How do I return my package?
Only products that are unused may be refunded. Make sure not to remove any labels. Please pick your size carefully using our size charts.

How can I know the right size?
At product level, there is a size guide.
What if my item is out of stock?
Please send an email to communication@avr.be. We gather the data and try to restock as soon as possible.
What if my measurements are in between sizes?
If your measurement is between sizes, you can choose to go for the bigger size if you prefer a looser fit, if you prefer a tighter fit, you can opt to go for the smaller size.
